The Modular Platform that Adapts to Your Needs
The FlexSys is a modular platform system that can be equipped with up to five different modules for the treatment of various indications. In the initial stage, you may purchase the base station with a module of your choice. The platform can be expanded and adapted to your needs, due to the modular design, you only need one base station.
The FlexSys offers a broad treatment spectrum. Nevertheless, it does not make any compromises on efficacy. Learn more about FlexSys and its extensive variety of applications here.
UVB Excimer Pulsed Light - 308nm
The UVB modules of the FlexSys cover wide range of dermatological and aesthetic indications. Two different UVB modules are available to optimally adapt the FlexSys to your treatment preferences:
- The classic UVB EPL® 308nm module with eximcer technology
- The compact UVB EPL® lite 308nm module with LED technology
Yellow Laser - 577nm
Yellow light in the wavelength spectrum from 570 to 595nm has been the gold standard for safe and effective vascular treatments for decades. GME’s yellow laser of wavelength 577nm corresponds to the absorption maximum of energy in oxyhemoglobin (HbO2, oxygen-rich blood).
- Treatment of superifical vascular lesions: Rosacea, Teleangiectasia, Couperose, Spider naevi, Hemangioma, Port-wine stain, Red spider veins and Post-acne erythema
- Removal of benign pigmented lesions
- Removal of skin changes by means of coagulation and vaporization
Green Laser - 532nm
The green laser is the versatile workhorse for many dermatologists. With a wavelength of 532nm, the green laser can be used for vascular treatments as well as depigmentation and ablative treatments.
- Treatment of superifical vascular lesions: Rosacea, Teleangiectasia, Couperose, Spider naevi, Hemangioma, Port-wine stain, Red spider veins and Post-acne erythema

Fractional Non-Ablative Laser - 1550nm
The fractional laser module of the FlexSys heats the tissue in a controlled manner, thereby stimulating the formation of new collagen. It is used to treat structural irregularities of the skin as well as pigmentation variations.
During the treatment process, it heats only tiny parts of the skin (MTZ = micro treatment zones), allowing for a significantly shortened downtime. The tissue is neither vaporized nor ablative (non-ablative). Thus resulting in shorter downtime, ensuring increased acceptance by patients.
- Skin resurfacing
- Treatment of dyschromia and cutaneous lesions: age spots, sun spots, melasma, periorbital wrinkles, wrinkles, acne and surgical scars
Product Highlights
A FlexSys system can be equipped with up to 5 different modules for the treatment of a wide range of indications.
With the different modalities, the FlexSys covers a broad treatment spectrum. Depending on the respective modules, you can also choose between different applicator.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, the FlexSys is easy to transport and store. Due to the modular design, you only need one base unit. It gives you the capability to cover several indications at once and no longer need a multitude of specialised individual devices.
The FlexSys is operated intuitively for all the applications via touchscreen, guiding you through the treatment with the help of labeled icons. The FlexSys also provides you with suggestions for treatment parameters.
Like all GME devices, the FlexSys is developed and manufactured entirely in Germany. The “Made In Germany” quality seal certifies our product worldwide for high production standards and excellent quality.

The green laser is the versatile workhorse for many dermatologists. With a wavelength of 532nm, the green laser can be used for vascular treatments as well as depigmentation and ablative treatments. Green light of wavelength 532nm in particular is strongly absorbed by hemoglobin, but only negligibly by water. The green laser module of the Flexsys thus cover a wide range of indications.
